Visonic indoor sirens

Visonic is pleased to announce the availability of indoor sirens product lines (MCS-720B, SR-720B PG2) with new
A-size batteries. With these new A-size batteries the indoor siren can be shipped via air without limitations. The Indoor sirens (above) come with four 3.6V/3.5A/H Lithium batteries.

Background

Due to aircraft safety concerns, the updated IATA regulations restrict shipments of Lithium D-size batteries. As such,
we have reached the point where we had to ship the indoor sirens (MCS-720, SR-720 PG2) without batteries and send the
D-size batteries in a separate safe box.
 
Scope of Change
A new pack of A-size batteries was developed for the indoor sirens. The new indoor sirens, named MCS-720B and
SR-720B PG2, can be shipped with the batteries inside, without limitations

The existing indoor siren product lines (MCS-720, SR-720 PG2) are still available for orders.
The news sirens support CE, EN certifications only. Other standards (such as INCERT) will be supported upon demand
